Southern Vermont Home, LLC, based in Brattleboro, VT, was founded in 2015 with a passion for building quality timber-frame homes in southern Vermont and western Massachusetts. Rich founded Southern Vermont Home, LLC in 2015. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Rich and his family relocated to Vermont, bringing with them a solid background in land development and carpentry. With a passion for craftsmanship and a vision for blending traditional-style homes with high-quality, modern service, Rich established Southern Vermont Home to meet the needs of homeowners who value both timeless design and exceptional quality.

TRAVIS LEAVY - PARTNER/PROJECT MANAGER
Travis joined the Southern Vermont Home team in 2019. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, he relocated to Vermont after serving in the U.S. Navy. With a strong background in home renovations, Travis is passionate about overseeing building projects from start to finish, ensuring that each phase is executed with precision and care.
